Asset management

We are recognized throughout the global real estate industry as first-rate managers. The development of clearly defined business plans for each of our properties enables us to maximize their performance and value. In addition, all aspects of our assets are taken into consideration and the performance of our managers is rigorously monitored.



Because of our established expertise and the close attention we pay to the needs of our tenants, our real estate professionals attract large, world-renowned companies to our office buildings and the most on-trend retail brands to our shopping centres.


Other Sectors


Investment Funds

The majority of our portfolio consists of shopping centres, office buildings and multiresidential properties owned directly, either alone or in partnership. Rounding out our portfolio are indirect investments that we make indirectly through a limited number of carefully selected real estate investment funds.



In addition, we own interests in various hotels, the vast majority of which have been identified as non-strategic assets. In 2011, we established a disposal program in order to sell these properties in an orderly fashion in the coming years. It should be noted that a small number of Canadian hotels, which are considered strategic assets, are excluded from the program.
